Tips for Defusing a Bomb

I think you all know how to defuse a bomb in CS 1.6 (and for those that don't know, you need to be close to the C4 and press the default "Use" button which is 'E') , so why not show you some extra tips!

1. The fake defuse

 The fake defuse is when you start defusing the bomb and then release the "Use" button and wait for your enemy, he'll think that you're defusing and will come out to kill you.

2. The Delpan 

 The Delpan is a pretty cool trick to do while 1v1 situations. The Delpan ( or like I just call it - pick while defusing ) is when you pick up your weapon after you started defusing the bomb. It'll might sound confusing, but its simple! You need to throw your weapon on the side of the box where the C4 is planted, crouch and start defusing after 1-3 seconds release Ctrl (default for crouching) and you'll pick up the weapon but be sure _cl_autowepswitch  is set to 0 otherwise the weapon will get in your hands and you'll stop with the defusing. So when you do this your enemy will think that you are doing The fake defuse and won't peak you. Here's a demonstration on how to do it.

3. The Knife Trick

 This is a simple trick, all you gotta do is right when you press the "Use" button press the "Weapon Special Function" or default MOUSE2 while you have your knife equipped, but be sure to press them at the same time otherwise it won't work!

4. The Stand-crouch Trick

 This is also a simple but effective trick. You need to start defusing the C4 and then just stand up and crouch 3-4 times so when the enemy peaks you, he'll think that you are doing The fake defuse.
